Financial Information

When placing orders for products or services or when applying for credit on the Motion Plus Website, we may collect your financial information such as credit card information, account information and other financial information. Credit card payment information is immediately tokenized for each unique transaction and is provided to our third-party vendor CyberSource who processes the payment . Submitted information pertaining to application of credit terms through Motion Plus is shared with Aerotech as our primary vendor for review of credit worthiness. Motion Plus does not retain or store your credit card information in any format, and does not process your credit card payment.

All credit card payment processing, occurs through third party vendor Salesforce to a third-party vendor CyberSource. All information you provide to or receive from the Motion Plus Website or our vendor as part of any potential or actual purchase or order of products or services, , is solely governed by the policies and procedures of the vendor SalesForce and Cybersource. Data Retention & Transfer

All personal data is stored on third party vendor servers through Salesforce. They will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law. At any time, you may request a copy of the information they are storing that relates to you.

Together with our third party vendors, we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your personal data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to or maintained on computers or servers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.
